I'm Jörg, not a trained chef, but a home cook with a real passion for cooking. Here on the site - and on my YouTube channel HausmannKocht - I show you recipes that taste good, work and are easy to cook at home.

My focus is on Austrian home cooking and classic dishes that you used to get from grandma - honest, down-to-earth and made with love. I focus on good ingredients, simple preparation and lots of flavor.

 - I'll show you how to prepare it in the video, without a lot of frills, but with everything you need.
