
Bircher muesli recipe - healthy, quick & perfect for preparing
This Bircher muesli is ideal for anyone who has little time in the morning but is very hungry. Creamy, fruity, nutritious and full of flavor - perfect for an energy-packed start to the day. Whether for breakfast or as a snack in the office, this muesli can be prepared in 5 minutes and can be left to infuse overnight.
Preparation
Ingredients for 2-3 portions

150 g rolled oats (soft or grainy)

250 ml milk or plant-based drink

300 g natural yogurt

1 apple (with peel, grated)

1 date (finely chopped)

4 dried apricots or apricots (cut into small pieces)

1-2 tbsp raisins

2 tsp Mahleb (aroma secret from the rock cherry)

Chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts or walnuts)

Fresh or frozen berries

Honey or maple syrup to taste
Preparation - step by step

Mix the oat flakes, milk, yogurt, mahleb, honey, raisins, dates and apricots well.

Grate the apple and fold in fresh - for freshness and sweetness.

Pour into jars or storage containers, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Just top with berries and nuts in the morning - and your power breakfast is ready!

Tips for the perfect consistency

Extra creamy with tender oat flakes and more yogurt.
